IDEMITSU Honda Team Asia concluded the Qualifying day for the Australian Grand Prix at Phillip Island, where Indonesian rookie Mario Suryo Aji showcased his potential. Aji came very close to securing a spot in Q2, but a mistake in the final sector of his best lap kept him out of the second qualifying session.
