A consistent front runner in the intermediate class earned Marini a spot in the premier class from 2021 with his breakout season coming in 2023 as he presented himself as a constant threat to the front runners. The next stage in Marini’s racing career would come in 2024 as he became a factory rider inside factory Honda HRC Team in MotoGP, impressing with his dedication and technical prowess.

Joan Mir was born in Parma de Mallorca on the first of September 1997. His passion for motorcycle was not immediate as it is for many of the other World Championship riders – instead, his early interests included skateboard as a result of his father’s shop in Mallorca. A meteoric rise through the ranks saw him take the Moto3 World Championship in 2017 and the MotoGP World Championship in 2020, putting the #36 in an elite group of riders with multiple World Championships. In 2023 he joined the Repsol Honda Team on a two-year contract, extending his stint to four years in Honda's factory team with a second contract lasting until the end of 2026.
