Repsol-themed Vario160 Paddock Scooters Provided for Indonesian Grand Prix

Repsol Honda Team’s sponsor, PT. Astra Honda Motor has provided four Vario160 paddock scooters for Round 2 of the 2022 MotoGP season in Indonesia.

Of the four bikes, one is decorated with eight-time world champion Marc Marquez’s number 93, one with teammate Pol Espargaro’s number 44, and the remaining two will be used for pit crew transportation in the paddocks.

From Round 2 onwards, the logo for eSP+, Honda’s next generation scooter engine, will appear on the fairing of the RC213V MotoGP racing bikes.

eSP+ is a more powerful and environmentally friendly upgrade to eSP, Honda’s high environmental-performance commuter engine announced in 2012 and is already powers scooters in developing nations such as Indonesia.

Including the eSP+ logo on RC213V livery aims to increase awareness of Honda’s advanced engine technology in developing and developed nations alike.
