Engine/Gearbox:
Engine tuned in-house at Honda Racing UK and is refreshed every 1500kms. Close-ratio six-speed gearbox provided by Nova Racing Transmissions. Lubricated by sponsor Motul.

Crash Protection
Evotech Performance create bespoke radiator guards, brake lever protection, as well as exhaust hangers for the new CBR1000RR-R Fireblade. The bike is 3D scanned at the workshop for parts to be produced. 

Exhaust system:
Racing Line (titanium) 4-2-1 system by Akrapovic. Honda Racing UK has a long-standing relationship with Akrapovic, which has seen huge racing success over the years and many championship wins.

Suspension:
öhlins RVP 46mm telescopic fork on the front and öhlins RSP 40 shock with Honda to the rear.

Bodywork:
Full carbon fibre body kit, designed to be in keeping with the homologated model, complete with MotoGP-derived aerodynamics. Screens supplied by MRA.

Custom Parts:
The majority of the chassis custom parts on the race-Superbike (footrests, handlebars, foot pegs, triple clamps etc) are all designed and manufactured in-house at Honda Racing UK’s machine shop. Having this feature means the team can quickly and effectively make changes after tests/races to meet rider requests.  

Brakes:
The rear Nissin brake system consists of a hand/thumb-operated two-piston calliper, with Nissin twin four-piston monoblock callipers on the front. Nissin discs and brake lines supplied by Goodridge.

Wheels:
Supplied by OZ wheels.

Clutch:
STM wet multi-plate slipper clutch with back-torque limiter.

Electronics:
As part of the British Superbike Championship guidelines the Motec M170 ecu and dash with full data logging is used. Wiring harness by Mototronics, custom built for the Fireblade model.
