Juju started karting at a young age under the guidance of her father, former F1 driver Hideki Noda. She made her competition debut in the 2019 Lucas Oil Winter Race Series, where she finished 14th overall.
At 14, in 2020, she competed in the Danish Formula 4 Championship, securing a win in her debut race and finishing 6th in the standings.
In 2022, she took part in the W Series, an all-female single-seater championship, and finished 14th overall.
The following year, in 2023, she competed in the Euroformula Open Championship, making history as the first woman to win a race in the series at Circuit Paul Ricard.
In 2024, she returned to Japan to race in Super Formula with TGM Grand Prix, becoming the first Japanese woman to compete in the series.
For 2025, she is racing with the newly established Hazama Ando Triple Tree Racing team in Super Formula.
