From the 16th spot of the grid, Frenchman Zarco has performed a solid start on today's Sprint. Facing some difficulties with the acceleration, he didn't give up and fought hard against his rivals to get to the points. Despite not reaching them, the bright side is that he has made the most out of his package, squeezing its potential and finishing, once again, as the first Honda in the classification. Today's performance will help the team to take a step ahead of tomorrow's race.
Takaaki Nakagami completes Misano's Sprint
IDEMITSU Honda LCR rider Takaaki Nakagami has crossed the line 20th on Saturday's Sprint at Misano.
Starting from the 22nd spot on the grid, Nakagami faced a tough challenge during the thirteen laps of today's Sprint at Misano. He struggled with the bike's chattering, which made it difficult for him to maintain his position and make a comeback. The Japanese finished 20th and is now working hard with his crew to make significant improvements for tomorrow's race.
I did everything I could. We are missing something on the rear side of the bike, and that doesn’t allow me to push and catch rivals. We are hopeful for the Monday test, see if we can find something different to progress and fight for the positions we’d like to fight.

There's not much to say, it's been a difficult Sprint. I wanted to understand the track and push, but I could not do it the way I needed because of the chattering. However, we are not giving up. We are analyzing the gathered data to see if we can improve ahead of tomorrow's race.
