A Little Reward for Mario and Taiyo

According to yesterday's results, we had high expectations about Furusato. But finally, he finished in P20, with Mario in P19. The results are far away from what we expected. We should analyse the reasons, resetting our minds to prepare for the race. Let's see how many positions we can gain starting from these back positions.

My team and I are happy about my performance today. The lap time has improved significantly from last year. The point I need to fix is the performance in P3 because the gap with the other riders is so tiny. I didn't expect to do this lap time because of the heat, but despite this, in Q1, I've been faster than in P3. Now is the time to continue analysing the data to be faster tomorrow.

I'm disappointed about my qualifying result. I don't think that the excuse is yesterday's crash. Maybe it could affect me because I'm not perfect physically, but that's not why. We tried many things on the bike in P3, but no one worked properly. In Q1, I felt good with used tires, scoring a good lap time, but with the new tire, I found a sector under the yellow flag, and consequently, my lap was cancelled. Tomorrow, I will try to return to the front, doing a good start as usual and managing the first lap.
