No reward for Taiyo and Mario's effort

Furusato had a fantastic race at Assen, once again fighting for points with a dense group of riders.

In the end, he finished 17th, but just one second off 11th position. For his part, Aji rode at an excellent pace, beating his best lap time, but was penalised for starting the race so far back and could only finish 23rd.

A tough race of Moto3 here in Assen, under hot and windy conditions. Our riders made a good start, especially Mario, who took a big step ahead. But the first group was divided into three, with Mario in the third group and Taiyo in the second. Both tried to lead their groups, but their pace dropped at the last part of the race, finishing 17th and 23rd, with Taiyo just one second to the 11th. At the beginning of the race, their pace was well. If they had been able to keep that pace, their result would have improved. I want to say thank you to the riders and staff for their effort. We will try to be stronger in the next races.

I made a good start, gaining some positions and fighting with the group. With a better place on the grid, without the problem we suffered yesterday, we could have had an option for a better result. But sometimes this thing happens. I'm happy to finish the race and have been fighting again for points. Now, we often go to Q2, and this shows an improvement. I hope this will continue after the summer break.

A tough race, but I did a good race. My pace was fast, but I struggled on left turns during the race. I started the weekend too slow but worked to recover the rhythm. Now we have five weeks to rest. I will keep working hard. I look forward to seeing you in Silverstone.
