Unlucky race for Chantra and Aji at Silverstone

The IDEMITSU Honda Team Asia riders completed the tenth race of the Moto2 World Championship at the Silverstone Circuit. Somkiat Chantra, who started from 13th position on the grid, made an impressive start of the race, unfortunately when he was reducing the gap with the riders close of the podium, he had a crash. The same bad luck had Mario Aji when he was doing his best race so far, but a crash when he was close to be on the top 10 didn’t allow him to take the best result of the season. Both riders showed a good path, but luck wasn’t on his side on this British GP.

Today's race was quite stressful. Both riders, Chantra and Aji, demonstrated strong initial pace. Mario Aji, starting from 21st position, was closing in on the top 10 when he unfortunately crashed while in 11th position. Somkiat Chantra, who began the race in 13th position, had moved up to 7th at the time of his crash.
Both riders showed promising speed and rhythm during the race, but unfortunately, neither finished. While such incidents can happen, today's outcome was particularly disappointing given the strong potential for a good result. The positive news is that both Chantra and Aji are physically ok after their crashes. However, it is regrettable to miss such an opportunity when the bike's performance felt and riders feeling on them was so good.
I believe we had the potential for a strong race today, but ultimately, we fell short. It is crucial to learn from these experiences to avoid repeating them. We need to come back stronger in the upcoming races in Austria. I would like to extend my gratitude to the riders, team members, supporters, and sponsors. We will come back stronger at the next Grand Prix.

It's disappointing what happened today. I was fighting to enter the top 10 and started alongside riders who eventually finished on the podium. Unfortunately, I made a small mistake at the beginning, leading to a significant highside while I was maintaining a good rhythm. Despite this, I take away positive aspects from the weekend and will learn from these mistakes.
I now know I can compete with the top riders, which is encouraging, even though I couldn't finish the race. I remain positive, knowing that I'm battling with the front runners. We are on an upward trajectory, and I believe the results will come. We are working hard, and I hope to achieve the desired results in Austria.

Today's race at Silverstone was challenging. Starting from 13th, I had a strong start and made several overtakes, reaching 7th position. Unfortunately, I crashed in the last chicane, which was not the result we were hoping for. It was a tough weekend for us, but we are determined to work hard and come back stronger in Austria.
