A race to forget for Chantra and Ogura

A very disappointing Moto2 race for us. A multiple crash in the first corner involved Chantra, which caused the red flag. The team repaired the bike on time for the second start, but he had a clutch problem. It's a pity. About Ogura, on the first lap of the second start, another rider crashed, impacting him and causing his crash, too. Both cases were race incidents. Our riders had a good pace this weekend, and the expectation was high. I'm sad about this result. I must thank all the guys in our team because they showed how to do perfect teamwork repairing Chantra's bike. I appreciate this effort. We need to have a good race in Japan to forget this weekend.

I've got so many things to say. My first start was good; I could avoid the crash and was in a good position. After the red flag, on the second start, I was riding carefully, but on the first lap, I crashed when another rider crashed in front of me. I rejoined the race but without any option for a good result. It's a bad Sunday; see you in Motegi.

I didn't start well because my gear ratio was too long. Another rider tried to gain the position but impacted other riders, causing multiple crashes in which I have been involved. With the red flag, my team did a fantastic work repairing my bike. My bike had a clutch problem at the second start, and I had to retire. We will see what we can do next week in Japan.
