Today was an unfortunate day for Somkiat Chantra at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. During the first lap, an incident in the first corner involving two riders led to a crash that took Somkiat out of the race. He couldn't complete a single lap, but fortunately, he’s not injured and ready to give his all in seven days at Mugello.
On a positive note, Mario Aji scored his first point of the season. Starting from 27th position, he displayed competitive spirit, steadily gaining positions and joining the battle for points. He ultimately finished 15th, marking a significant step in the right direction.

It was a good race; my pace was significantly better than in my last race. Fighting for points with other riders and ultimately being rewarded for the hard work, especially after three weeks off the bike recovering from arm pump surgery it feels really great.
I'm very pleased with the teamwork; our pace is getting closer to the Top 10 riders, marking a significant step forward. Despite the mistake on the first day of action here with the crash during practice session, our hard work paid off, and we secured an important point from Barcelona. I am fully motivated for the next race in Mugello.

Today was a difficult race day in Catalunya. I gave my best effort to achieve a good result, and although I had a strong start, an incident in the first corner caused another rider to crash into me, forcing me out of the race. Despite unfortunate action, there are positives things to take away from this weekend: the bike's setup has improved, and we are making good progress. I am optimistic that things will go better at Mugello next weekend.
