Slippery areas and a lot of mud due to rain the night before made things tough for the Repsol Honda Trial Team riders on day two in San Marino. Toni Bou claimed a fifth victory of the season and Gabriel Marcelli, after a difficult day, placed sixth.

The first lap saw many errors for the reigning champion. Bout finished in third position, but the Repsol Honda Team rider managed to improve his results in an intense fight for first place with Jaime Busto. Finally, the 32-time champion earned the win and extended his lead in the overall standings.

Marcelli had a tough day in San Marino. On the first lap, the Repsol Honda Trial Team rider made many mistakes, and was unable to recover on the second lap. He finished tied on points with Aniol Gelabert, but placed in sixth position due to his time. The Repsol Honda Team rider remains in third place overall with 111 points.

The next round of the TrialGP World Championship will be held in Andorra on June 16-18th, where the Repsol Honda Trial Team riders will again challenge for top results.

Today we had great victory and I am very happy about the weekend. The team worked well and I would like to thank them, because it has been incredible. On the first lap we made a lot of mistakes and it took us a long time to recover, but in the end we achieved our objective. We have to keep working because the title race is very tight. Now we have to improve on our mistakes to give everything in Andorra and get the best results possible.

The day didn't start as we would have liked. Yesterday it was raining a lot and the sections got quite difficult. I didn't find a good feeling and we didn't wake up in time. In the end, we didn't get the result that we were looking for. I think that overall the weekend has been positive, despite today's sixth place. We regained third place overall, which was very important. It is time to recharge our batteries a little for Andorra and give everything there.

Both riders didn't start very well on the first lap and on the second we had to recover. In Toni's case, he improved a lot on the second lap and ended up winning the race. As for Gabri, he improved compared to the first lap, but not enough. In the end, it's a pity because he couldn't finish fifth due to the time difference. Gabri has been second and sixth this weekend and needs to be more consistent this season. In general I am very happy with the work by the whole team. Toni is back in the lead and increases his advantage to 8 points. We will keep working hard!
