Bou and Marcelli win 2024 Trial of Nations

The Repsol Honda Team riders win another title with Spain in Pobladura de las Regueras.

The Trial of Nations held a new edition this weekend in Pobladura de las Regueras, Spain. Toni Bou and Gabriel Marcelli, together with Adam Raga, formed the Spanish team this year, and they were the winners of the event, beating Italy and France on the podium.

After a great performance in the fifteen zones that made up the course, the riders who made up the Spanish team earned victory. In total, Spain have 30 titles in the Trial of Nations, the last 20 consecutively. Bou has been part of the setup on 19 occasions. For his teammate, Marcelli, this was the second time he had participated in the TDN.

It was also a great weekend for the Repsol Honda Team Manager, Takahisa Fujinami. This weekend he led the Japanese team, with riders Tsuyoshi Ogawa, Shinya Hirohata and Jin Kuroyama, who took home the International Trophy Class honour.

The next challenge for the Repsol Honda Trial Team will be on October 5th, with the latest round of the X-Trial World Championship in Andorra.

I am very happy with this new victory in the Trial of Nations, this year we had a great team with my teammate Gabri and Adam. It's always special to compete at home and we enjoyed the day. Also, it was Adam's last race before his retirement, so this was a pleasure to share this victory with him. I want to thank the Spanish Federation for choosing me for another year and I am very happy with this title. Now we will focus on the next challenge, which is the X-Trial World Championship.

It is my second year participating in the Trial des Nations and I am very happy with the victory, we did a good job together with Toni and Adam. I felt very comfortable with my riding, since Pobladura is a terrain that we know very well, so it was a great day. I want to thank the Spanish Federation for picking me for another year and I hope to be able to participate in future editions.
