Furusato and Aji Ready to Give It All in the Last Dance

A tough Saturday for our riders on the last Qualifying practice of the year. After a promising Q1, Furusato will start the race from P16. Aji will start from P26, looking to finish the season in style before taking the most significant step in his career.

Both riders have been to Q1, and then Taiyo went to Q2 with a good lap time. During Q2, he struggled a little bit, but he managed to be P16, which is okay, seeing his evolution through the day. Mario was suffering a little bit in the morning. Unfortunately, we couldn't send him on the track in a good moment, which made it more difficult for him to find a good path. We think both riders can do better tomorrow during the race and fight for some valuable points.

Today, I'm not happy with the result. It wasn't enjoyable for us starting from Q1 because I felt good yesterday. I'll start from P16 and work to win positions and finish in a good place in this last race of the year. I just talked with the team about improving the bike for tomorrow and getting ready to finish the season in the best way possible.

It was a tough day. I didn't have any good moments. It's hard for us because we wanted to reach 1:39. But, ultimately, we couldn't make it. It's a bit disappointing; it is what it is, but let's try to use everything we have for tomorrow's race. I'm ready for the last race with Moto3. I want to finish in a good way and enjoy this last one, giving my best and then start to think about my next step.
