A crash prevents Taiyo from completing a great weekend.

in Buddh International Circuit

After some fantastic first laps, in which he fought with the riders who finally reached the podium, Furusato could not complete the race, crashing on the ninth lap. Despite this, he has accumulated a lot of experience that will serve him well in the future.

A crash prevents Taiyo from completing a great weekend.

For his part, Aji finished in 18th place, having been affected by the crash of another rider, which caused him to lose contact with the group and any chance of a good result.

We had quite a challenging and exciting race. In the beginning, Furusato was fighting for the fifth position with Toba. He made a small mistake, losing positions and finally crashing. But today, he was fighting with the podium riders. That mean the podium options were realistic. It's a painful crash, but he's ok. Let's see next weekend. On Mario's side, he had a complicated race, fighting with many riders, but he never gave up. He tried, and we appreciate his and all the staff's efforts.

Another tough race. The long gear ratio didn't work at the end, and I've been struggling with the acceleration. The feeling on the bike wasn't bad. I pushed even with the heat, but in the beginning, a rider crashed in front of me, and avoiding impacting him, I lost the group. We will see next week in Motegi.

Overall, the weekend has been positive, even though I crashed three times, an issue I need to improve. In the race, I made one mistake in the beginning, losing some positions. I struggled in the group, and I crashed trying to catch the riders fighting for P6. This weekend, I've been competitive; I will try to maintain this feeling in my home race in Motegi.
