Tough Saturday for Chantra and Aji at Assen

Thai rider Somkiat Chantra demonstrated consistent improvement, posting the fastest lap time during the morning's Practice 2 session. However, while preparing for a fast lap in Qualifying 2, he had a crash, ultimately finishing in 17th position. Meanwhile, Indonesian rookie Mario Aji continued his progress and adaptation to the track, finishing in 25th position.

Today, we experienced favorable track conditions. In the morning, Chantra made significant improvements, finishing in first position at the end of Practice 2. He felt confident, and we were optimistic about him repeating that lap time during qualifying. Unfortunately, he crashed on his second lap.
Although he was able to rejoin the session, he couldn't replicate his earlier performance. On Aji's side, he consistently improved his lap times, ultimately finishing in 25th position. We are hopeful that he can get a good start tomorrow and catch up with the other riders.

Today in the morning session during Practice 2 things went perfectly, and we achieved the best time. However, things took a turn during qualifying. On the first lap, I didn't have the best feeling with the tire and thought it would need some time to warm up and adjust properly. Unfortunately, I crashed on the second lap.
Afterward, I managed to bring the bike back to the box, put on a new tire, and tried to push until the end of the session for a good lap time. Unfortunately, I couldn't improve my lap time. I hope things go better tomorrow, and I promise to do my best to achieve a good result.

Today was not a bad day overall, even though the position isn't ideal. We're developing a good feeling with the bike, although I need to adapt more, especially in the last sector, that it’s a bit challenging.
We improved our performance compared to yesterday, but there are still areas to evaluate and discuss thinking on tomorrow’s race. The goal today was to find the right setup and achieve a good feeling with the bike, which we accomplished. Therefore, I am confident that we can achieve good results here in Assen tomorrow.
