January 20, Tokyo - Honda Racing Corporation (hereafter, HRC) and Mizuno Corporation unveiled the design of the new race uniforms at a media conference, based on the partnership agreement announced on December 18, 2025.

The new uniforms are designed using Mizuno’s unique ergonomic apparel engineering and expertise culminated through the years of sportswear development. Both companies, with technology at their core, will continue to take on new challenges together in the 2026 season.
The design was developed in collaboration with the HRC design team. The symbolic tricolor lines serve as a common motif across all racing categories, while the MotoGP version features a red body, the F1 version is primarily white, and other four-wheel racing uniforms have navy shoulders. The red in HRC’s tricolor represents “the passionate spirit for victory,” blue stands for “advanced technology and skills” and white symbolizes “all customers who love motorsports.”
Dynamotion Fit for Ease of Movement:
Outerwear (softshell jackets, rain jackets, bench jackets, quarter-zip tops), shirts, polo shirts, and pants use Mizuno’s “Dynamotion Fit,” designed based on ergonomic motion analysis to enhance ease of movement during work. This reduces tightness and pressure during arm, shoulder, and leg movements, improving work efficiency.
Odour Control with Mizuno Deodorant Tape:
Outerwear, shirts, polo shirts, pants, and caps feature “Mizuno Deodorant” at the collar, which breaks down odor-causing substances such as ammonia, acetic acid, isovaleric acid, and nonenal (a component of aging odor), reducing unpleasant smells.
Cold Weather Protection with Breath Thermo:
Bench jackets and vests use “Breath Thermo,” a moisture-absorbing, heat-generating material. It absorbs moisture released from the body (even when not sweating) and generates heat, keeping the wearer warm and comfortable.
Heat Protection with Dry Science:
Polo shirts and T-shirts use “Dry Science,” a quick-drying, sweat-absorbing material that keeps the inside of the garment comfortable by quickly absorbing and dispersing sweat, reducing stickiness.
Safety and Environmental Considerations:
Bench jackets, vests, polo shirts, shirts, T-shirts, pants, and caps use antistatic materials to reduce static electricity for safety and comfort, especially in winter. Environmentally friendly materials, such as chemically recycled polyester and recycled PET, are used in bench jackets, vests, softshell jackets, polo shirts, T-shirts, pants, and caps.
